Eligibility & Exclusions Return Eligibility

Most items purchased on LocalTeVocal are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized orders (made specifically to your measurements or requests).
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).
  • Perishable goods (like artisan foods or certain natural products).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale".
